This is a visual aid graphic organizer. It is a helpful and fun way to teach writers how to select their “watermelon” topics as well as their “seed” ideas. You can use this graphic organizer to help your students brainstorm ideas for their personal narrative writing.

This resource allows your students to write 10 different stories based on the video game Fortnite. This resource includes an instruction page to setup the booklet. This booklet was designed with tabs and a table of contents.To setup the tabs, after printing the booklet, have the students cut around the tabs on the right side of the page. The students are then provided a map and 15 locations with instructions on what they can write for each. The resource kept also includes students who do not play the game, that way they can be engaged in the activity too. Included is a basic rubric for marking each writing piece.

This resource includes the letters and two styled games to use with the letters. Letters include both a photocopy black and white version as well as a colored version. Print the letters on cardstock. Then laminate. There are 8 of each vowel and 4 of each consonant. Also includes two blanks. Provide your students with the letters. Have the students use the letters to spell out spelling words, words within their units or give them random letters to come up with the highest valued words. Great for math (addition)

This Project Based Learning resource is great for planning a school party. The students will have the opportunity to research planning a school party, including all food, drinks, entertainment and prizes. The topic suggestions for this PBL are: Party Types, Food, e and prize suggestions. Each topic has research ideas for the students. The students are to research and calculate the total cost. The students come up with the questions and project ideas based on the student direction handout. The final product for the project is up to the student.
